Just two things that I, as a project Telemarketing List manager, have often heard myself say to my colleagues in a raised voice lately. And that while I would Telemarketing List absolutely not qualify myself as a tantrum. In fact, I'm going to avoid conflict in the workplace at all costs. I would prefer to encourage my colleagues to take more ownership Telemarketing List themselves. And come up with a solution themselves that they feel comfortable with. But yes, how do I achieve that? Earlier I Telemarketing List wrote a book review for Frankwatching about the book 'Superpowers: Create ownership and make your organization work' by Martine Veeger. In it, she uses various practical examples to Telemarketing List outline a clear path to an organization in which employees take more initiative and are intrinsically motivated to pursue organizational goals. Using her Superpowers Program, which further Telemarketing List enriches the theory in the book with practical exercises, I looked for the answer to the question: "How do I get my colleagues moving?" Action = reaction As you learned in physics Telemarketing List class about Isaac Newton's third law: "If object A exerts a force on object B, object B exerts an equal but opposite force on object A." Maybe you weren't much into physics in high school Telemarketing List and that's exactly why you became a project manager. Yet this rule also applies remarkably often in business life. There are a number of contradictions or behavioral patterns that often Telemarketing List recur and that make it difficult to get employees moving.
